Watch 12 Angry Men Online Free

12 Angry Men is one of the must watch American drama film in 1957 which is adapted from a teleplay of the same name by Reginald Rose. The movie was directed by Sidney Lumet & Written and produced by Rose.  The total time spent outside the jury room is three minutes out of the full 96 minutes of the movie. In the United States, a verdict in most criminal trials by jury must be unanimous. The film is notable for its almost exclusive use of one set: with the exception of the film's opening, which begins outside on the steps of the courthouse followed by the judge's final instructions to the jury before retiring, a brief final scene on the courthouse steps, and two short scenes in an adjoining washroom, the entire movie takes place in the jury room.

Storyline

The defense and the prosecution have rested and the jury is filing into the jury room to decide if a young Spanish-American is guilty or innocent of murdering his father. What begins as an open and shut case of murder soon becomes a mini-drama of each of the jurors' prejudices and preconceptions about the trial, the accused, and each other. Based on the play, all of the action takes place on the stage of the jury room.
